Lorraine McGlynn is a shareholder in the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Lavin O’Neil Ricci Cedrone & DiSipio.

Throughout her career, Ms. McGlynn has handled a broad spectrum of civil litigation, including automotive, industrial and pharmaceutical products liability as well as commercial and employment claims. She has nationwide experience in the defense of product manufacturers and other suppliers in complex civil and mass tort litigation involving allegations of manufacturing and design defects in prescription drugs, feminine products, motor vehicles and heavy equipment.

Ms. McGlynn has successfully tried cases to verdict and prepares written submissions for trial and appellate court consideration in both state and federal courts. She also routinely advises attorneys and clients on issues arising from multi-jurisdictional claims.

Ms. McGlynn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pa,.

Ms. McGlynn is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations.
